2. Eligibility

By booking or using services, you confirm that you:

• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

• Understand that services are for personal, non-commercial use

3. Booking and Payment

• Sessions must be booked in advance. Details will be confirmed by email.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods may include Stripe, PayPal, or other secure processors listed at checkout.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Client cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a reschedule or credit.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full to honor the time set aside for you.

• Vibrational Bloom reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered a reschedule or refund.

5. No Guarantees

Energy healing and intuitive services support wellness, but results vary for each individual. Vibrational Bloom does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not liable for decisions you make following a session.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, blog posts, digital downloads, and branding, is the property of Vibrational Bloom unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Client Responsibilities

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You retain full responsibility for your own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being during and after the session.

• You agree that any choices, actions, or outcomes following the session are solely your responsibility, and Vibrational Bloom and its practitioners are not liable for those outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibrational Bloom and its practitioners are not liable or responsible for:

• Any injury, loss, claim, or damages of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from your participation in sessions, use of services, or reliance on website content.

• Any decisions, actions, or outcomes you choose to pursue based on guidance, energy healing, intuitive insights, or other services provided.

• Any interruptions, delays, technical issues, or errors caused by third-party platforms, service providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Any expectation of specific results or outcomes, as all services are experiential in nature and results vary by individual. No outcomes are guaranteed.
